Ingrients & Directions


2 c Butter
4 c Flour
2 ts Baking soda
2 c Sugar
5 c Oatmeal
24 oz Chocolate chips
2 c Brown sugar
1 ts Salt
1 Hershey Bar — grated
4 Eggs
2 ts Baking powder
3 c Nuts — chopped
2 ts Vanilla

Preheat oven to 375F.

Measure the oatmeal and blend in a blender to a fine powder.

Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix together
with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add chocolate
chips, Hershey Bar and nuts.

Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake
for 10 minutes. Makes 112 cookies.
