1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Cream cheese
1 c Flour
FILLING
Apricot preserves
Cinnamon sugar
Chopped walnuts
Dough:
Put in food processor and process till mixture just starts to hold
together. Divide into 2 and form into disks-refrigerate.
Filling:
1. Roll out dough into circle. Spread 2 tablespoons apricot preserves
all over, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and chopped walnuts.
2. Cut and roll up. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
3. Cool and lightly sift 10X sugar over tops.
