2 1/4 c Flour
3 tb Cocoa
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
2 c Mint chocolate chips
1 c Butter
3/4 c Sugar
3/4 c Brown sugar
2 Eggs
3 tb Creme de Menthe
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and liqueur. Blend in dry ingredients.
Stir in chips. Bake at 375 degrees F 10 minutes or until done. Makes 6-7
dozen.
I’ve found that if the cookies are underdone they don’t turn out all that
good.
