2 c Walnuts; chopped
1 pk Dates; chopped
1/2 c Sugar
1 Lemon rind; grated
1 ts Vanilla
3 Egg whites
Combine nuts, dates, rind and vanilla. Mix in sugar. Beat egg whites until
stiff and fold into nut mixture. Sprinkle a little sugar on a cookie sheet
and drop cookies by teaspoonful onto the sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10
minutes. Cool.
