4 Egg whites
1 ts Cream of tartar
1/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Sugar
12 oz Chocolate chips
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Pecans
Preheat oven to 350. Beat egg whites until fluffy. Add salt, and cream of
tartar. Add sugar slowly while beating, until glossy. Add vanilla. Fold in
chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheets. Put pan in oven and
turn oven off. Leave in oven overnight or for 24 hours.
