6 tb Corn syrup
3/4 c Brown sugar
3 tb Egg substitute
1 ts Almond extract
1 1/4 c Flour
1 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts EACH baking soda and baking
-powder
1 c Granola
1/2 c Chopped dates
1/2 ts Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 In a large bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, egg,
vanilla and almond extract until smooth. In a seperate bowl, combine flour,
cinnamon, baking soda and powder, until well mixed. Add this to the liquid
mixture and blend until smooth. Add the granola and dates. If dough is too
sticky, refrigerate for several hours. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls
and then slightly flaten. Bake 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
