1 c butter 3 c rolled oats
1/4 c honey 1 3/4 c whole wheat pastry flour
1/4 c pure maple syrup 1/4 ts nutmeg
2 ea eggs 1/2 c walnuts (optional)
1/2 c milk 1/2 c raisins (optional)
1 tb molasses 1/2 c carob chips (optional)
Cream together butter, honey, syrup, eggs, milk and molasses. Combine dry
ingredients; stir into wet. Form dough into cookies and space on oiled
cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Tops will be brown
when done. Makes 36
