2 c light brown sugar 2 c enriched flour
2 ea eggs, slightly beaten 2 ts baking soda
1 ts vanilla 1/2 ts salt
1 c chunky peanut butter 1/2 c cashews, chopped (opt.)
Combine sugar and eggs, mixing well. Add vanilla and peanut butter. Sift
together flour, soda and salt, and add to peanut butter mixture. Stir
until blended. If desired, add cashews. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls
onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until
done. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
