1 ea Egg 1/2 tb Baking soda
7 ea Dried prunes 1 ds Salt
1/2 c Sugar 24 ea Pecan halves
1 c Flour
In a blende, puree egg and prunes until finely chopped. Pour into a
mixing bowl. Add sugar. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; add
to prune mixture and mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto
greased baking sheets. Top each cookie with a pecan half. Bake at 350
deg. for 13-15 min. or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to
cool. Yield: 24 servings.
