1/2 c Butter, softened
1 c Sugar
1 Egg, beaten
2 c Of flour
1 ts Soda
1/2 ts Cloves
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Raisins
1 c Chopped nuts
1 c Grated zucchini
Cream sugar, butter and egg until fluffy and well blended. Sift dry
ingredients together and add to the mixture with grated zucchini,
blending well. Stir in raisins and nuts. Drop by teaspoonful onto
greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or
until done. Do not overbake. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
