8 oz Cream cheese; softened – your choice, strained
6 oz Semisweet chocolate pieces; Almonds; finely chopped
– melted Cocoa
3/4 c Vanilla wafer crumbs Powdered sugar
Combine cream cheese and chocolate, mixing well. Stir in crumbs and
preserves. Chill several hours or overnight. Shape into 1-inch
balls; roll in almonds, cocoa or sugar.
Variation. Use butterscotch chips.
