3 c Sugar 2 ea Tb light corn syrup
3 1/2 ea Tb cocoa 1 t Vanilla
1 c Skim milk 1/2 c Grape Nuts cereal, optional
1 ea Ds light salt, optional
Mix cocoa, salt and sugar together. Add milk and corn syrup. Boil this
mixture until it forms a soft ball in cold water. Take off fire and
beat well with hand mixer until it STARTS to thicken. Do not
overbeat. Stir in Grape Nuts and vanilla. Spray a 9″ glass baking
dish with nonfat spray. Pour fudge into dish and let it harden. cut
into swuares when set. Per sugar serving: 77 cal., 0.1g fat (1%), 0mg
chol., 0g fiber, 1g pro., 19g carb., 15mg sod. Per S&L serving: Do
