Hot Fudge Sauce #3

Ingrients & Directions


2 oz Unsweetened chocolate
1 tb Butter
1/3 c Boiling water
1 c Brown sugar; firmly packed
2 tb Light Karo syrup

Melt chocolate and butter in a pan over high water. Stir in boiling water
and mix in sugar and Karo. Place over direct heat and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and boil 6 minutes without stirring. Makes 8 ounces.
Good over ice cream or pound cake.
