4 oz (3/4 c) Dipping chocolate Egg, slightly beaten
2 tb Butter 1/8 ts Salt
1/4 c Evaporated milk 1 lb Confectioner’s sugar
1 ts Vanilla 1/2 c Chopped nuts
Melt the chocolate and butter over hot water. Add the milk, egg and
salt and mix well. Add confectioner’s sugar, mix well and knead until
smooth. Press into lightly buttered pan. Cool and cut into squares.
