1 lb Broccoli cuts
1/4 c Finely chopped onion
2 tb All-purpose flour
1/4 c Water
4 lg Eggs
1 1/4 c Milk
4 dr Hot sauce; up to 6
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Freshly ground pepper
2/3 c (2 3/4 ounces) shredded
-swiss cheese
1/3 c Grated parmesan cheese
toss together first 3 ingredients.
Combine 1/4 cup water and next 6 ingredients. Stir in vegetables, and pour
into a greased 10-inch pieplate. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; bake at
350 for 30 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 1 (10-inch) pie.
