1 Graham cracker crust from

20 oz Mori-nu lite firm tofu
8 oz Semisweet chocolate chips;
-reserve 1 tablespoon for
-garnish
1 c Honey
1/4 c Brown sugar
1 ts Vanilla extract
Whipped topping optional
Melt chocolate chips in double boiler or microwave. Place tofu honey,
sugar and extract in food processor or blender. Use pulse button and
pour melted chocolate while machine is running. Blend until smooth.
Pour into pie crust. Sprinkle with reserved chocolate chips and chill
one hour.
