Coconut Pie

Ingrients & Directions


2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Sugar
pn Salt
1/2 c Butter; softened
1/4 c Flour
1/2 c Milk
1 c Shredded coconut
1 9 inch pastry shell, unbaked

Preheat oven to 325. Beat eggs and gradually add sugar and salt; beat
until thick and lemon colored. Blend in butter; then flour and milk.
Add coconut. Spoon into pastry shell and bake for 45 minutes to 1
hour or until set and slightly browned
