1 1/4 c Fresh or frozen cranberries
1/4 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Chopped walnuts
1 Egg
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Flour
1/3 c Butter; melted
Vanilla ice cream

Butter a 9″ pie pan and layer cranberries on bottom. Sprinkle berries with
brown sugar and walnuts. In a bowl, beat egg until thick. Gradually add
sugar, beating until blended. Stir in flour and melted butter. Blend well.
Pour over cranberry, sugar, walnut mixture. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
