2 c Cooked chicken;cut-up
1/2 c Bisquick
1 c Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 c Pesto sauce
2 oz Shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat oven to 400~. In greased 9″ pie plate sprinkle chicken. In
medium bowl stir baking mix, milk, eggs and pesto sauce with fork
until blended; pour into pie plate. Bake 30-35 minutes or until knife
inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 1-2
minutes longer or until melted. Cool 5 minutes. Serve. High altitude:
Bake 35-40 minutes.
