1 c Cooked spaghetti
1/2 cn Tuna packed in water,
-drained (6 oz)
1/2 c Frozen peas, thawed
1/2 c Canned condensed cream of
-asparagus soup
1/2 ts Curry powder
1/3 c Shredded Jarlsberg Lite or
-low-fat Swiss cheese
Place spaghetti in a small microwaveable pie plate or ramekin. In a
bowl, mix tuna, peas, soup and curry powder. Stir in cheese and spoon
over spaghetti. Cover with wax paper and microwave on high 3-4
minutes, or until steaming hot.
