1 lb Ground beef 1 cn (2 1/2 oz) sliced ripe
1 md Onion, chopped Olives, drained, optional
1 cn (8oz) tomato sauce 1 tb Butter or margarine
1 Garlic clove, minced 6 Corn tortillas (6″)
1 tb Chili powder 2 c (8oz) shredded chedder
1/2 ts Salt Cheese
1/4 ts Pepper 1/4 c Water
Brown beef and onion; drain fat. Add tomato sauce, garlic, chili
powder, salt and pepper. If desired at olives. Mix and simmer for 5
min. Butter lightly tortillas on one side only; place one tortilla,
buttered side down, in a 2qt. round casserole. Put 1/2
