1 1/2 c Chicken; cooked, diced
1 pk Taco seasoning mix
4 oz Can green chilies
-chopped and drained
1 1/4 c Milk
1 c Corn
1 c Cheese; shredded
3/4 c Master mix
Sour cream
Shredded lettuce
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Mix chicken,
corn and taco mix, spread in plate. Sprinkle with chilies and cheese.
Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake
until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean,
25 to 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream and lettuce.
