1 Envelope dream whip
1 cn (14-oz) crushed pineapple;
-with juice
1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese
1 c Confectioner’s sugar; sifted
1/2 c Chopped pecans
1/2 c Coconut
1 ts Vanilla
1 Baked pie shell
Whip Dream Whip according to directions on package and set aside. In deep
bowl, blend pineapple and cream cheese. Mix in other ingredients, adding
Dream Whip last. Pour into pie shell and chill at least 2 hours (overnight
is better). Sprinkle additional coconut over top, if desired.
