2 Eggs
2 c Brown sugar
1 c Molasses
1 c Margarine
1 1/2 c Sweet milk
4 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Ginger
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Cloves
5 c Flour
FILLING
2 Egg whites
2 ts Vanilla
4 tb Flour
2 tb Milk
1 1/2 c Vegetable oil
1 lb 10 x sugar
Cream shortening,sugar and eggs. Add molasses, milk and dry ingredents.
Drop by spoonfuls on baking pan. Bake 350 8-10 minutes. FILLING: Beat egg
whites till stiff. Add vanilla, flour and milk. Beat well and add
shortening and sugar. When cookie cools spread filling on two and put
together.
