2 Baked 9″ Pet Ritz deep dish
-pie crust
1 1/3 c Boiling water
1 c Vanilla ice cream
1 c Lite peaches, chopped
1/2 pt Strawberries, chopped
8 oz Carton Cool Whip, thawed
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir until
melted and smooth. Blend in whipped topping and fruit. Chill until mixture
will mound. Spoon into crust. Chill. Garnish with strawberries. A very lite
dessert.
