Pecan Pie {fredericksburg}

Ingrients & Directions


5 Eggs
1 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Corn syrup
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 c Chopped pecans
6 tb Melted butter

Beat eggs and sugar. Add corn syrup, salt, vanilla, chopped pecans
and butter. Mix well. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell and bake
until filling is set, about 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325? F.
