Pinto Bean Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Pinto beans; mashed with a 3 c White sugar;
-little liquid 1 tb Vanilla;
1 cn Coconut; 2 Sticks margarine; melted
1 c Pecans; 3 Unbaked 9″ pie shells;
4 Eggs;

Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shells. Bake for 1
hour in a 300 degrees oven.

Yields
3 – 9″ pies
