8 oz Fat free cream cheese 2 ts Pumpkin pie spice -OR-
3 Egg whites 1 ts Cinnamon
1 c Canned pumpkin, plain 1/4 ts Ginger
2 tb Skim milk 1/4 ts Allspice
1/4 c Honey 1/4 ts Nutmeg
1 pn Salt 1/4 ts Cloves
1 tb Vanilla Low fat pie crust
Preheat oven to 275. Put all ingredients, except pie crust, into
blender container. Blend until smooth. Pour into prepared pie crust.
Bake for one hour, until set. Chill
