Raisin Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Water 2 tb Butter
1 c Raisins 3 Eggs, separated
1 c Brown sugar 1 tb Jack Daniels whiskey
3 tb Flour

Beat egg yolks, add water, raisins, flour and sugar. Cook until
thick; add butter and whiskey. Pour in a baked pie crust. Beat egg
whites for meringue and brown. Randy Rigg
