Rice Krispie Date Roll

Ingrients & Directions


2 tb Butter or margarine
1 c Finely cut pitted dates
1 c Granulated sugar
2 Eggs (beaten)
3 c Rice Krispies
Powdered Sugar

Melt butter or margarine in skillet over LOW heat. then add dates, sugar
and eggs. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until mixture forms a
ball. (Goes together in pan.) Cool – then stir in 3 cups rice krispies.
Spread powdered sugar on wax paper and make into rolls. Refrigerate and
slice as needed.
