Ingrients & Directions
2 c Cooked, mashed sweet potato
1/4 ts Salt
2 Eggs — well beaten
1/2 c Sugar
1 Stick Margarine — melted
1 c Milk
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Ground cloves
1 Unbaked Pie crust
Whipped cream or topping
Mix all ingredients in order given and pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake 10 minutes at 400~. Turn oven to 325~ and bake 30 minutes. Serve
with whipped cream or topping.
