Yogurt Cheese Pie With Oat Pie Crust

Ingrients & Directions


8 ea Ounces soft cream cheese
2/3 c Yogurt
1 tb Honey
1 ts Vanilla
6 ea Dates, chopped

Beat together the cream cheese, yogurt, honey and vanilla until very
smooth. Stir in dates and pour into a prepared 9 inch pie shell.
Refrigerate several hours. Goes well with Oat pie crust.

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% 1/2 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup pitted dates
2 tbsp safflower oil Place the oats and the pitted dates through a
fine blade of a food grinder. Mix together with the oil and press
into an 8 inch pie pan to make a pie shell. Origin: The Allergy
