2 tb Bread crumbs
8 Egg yolks
1 1/4 c Sugar
2 c Chopped walnuts or pecans
2 c Chopped dates
4 tb Flour
8 Egg whites — stiffly

Grease a 9-inch spring-form pan and dust it with the bread crumbs.
Beat the egg yolks; gradually add the sugar. Beat until thick.
