Omie’s Apple Torte

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Sugar
1/4 lb Butter
3 ea Eggs
2 ts Vanilla
2 c Flour
2 ts Baking soda
2 ts Cinnamon
1 1/2 c Chopped nuts
3 ea Medium apples, chopped

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix in the vanilla
and beat well. Mix flour, cinnamon, and soda and add to above
mixture. Add chopped nuts and apples. Spread in a 13 x 9 cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice
