4 sl Processed cheese; ham,
-cooked chicken
; or cold pork
1/2 Lettuce; shredded finely
1/2 Onion; sliced finely in
; rings
2 Tomatoes; sliced finely
1 Avocado; sliced
4 tb Soured cream
Chiles an Vinagre; (pickled
-peppers),

Cut the piece of bread or each roll in half and remove the centre.
Spread the bottom with the warm re-fried beans and then top with a slice of
the cheese or meat, some lettuce, some onion rings and tomato slices, a
slice or two of avocado and a tablespoon of soured cream.
Top with Chiles en Vinagre, if liked.
