2 ts Yeast
2 1/4 c Bread flour
6 oz Water
3 tb Honey
1 Egg
1 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
3 tb Buttermilk powder
2 tb Butter
Put yeast in pan. Add flour. Warm water in microwave. Put honey in
water, then add egg and beat. Add sugar, salt, buttermilk powder, and
butter to pan. Pour in liquids. Start machine. from “HK”, Cooking Echo
