Strawberry Nut Bread

Ingrients & Directions


4 md Eggs
2 c Sugar
1 c Cooking Oil
2 pk Frozen Strawberries; 10
-ounce
3 c Flour
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Baking Soda
1 ts Salt
1 c Chopped Nuts

Beat eggs until fluffy; add sugar, oil and thawed strawberries. Combine
flour, cinnamon, soda and salt; sift together. Add to egg mixture and mix
well. Stir in nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350
degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes For that little extra, serve with
strawberry butter: Mix 2 sticks margarine or butter with 1/2 cup strawberry
jam; blend well.
