1 pk Orange cake mix
1 c Oil
3 Eggs
1 cn Mandarin oranges; juice too
FROSTING
1 lg Box instant vanilla pudding
1 lg Cool Whip
1 lg Can crushed pineapple; juice

Mix all ingredients and bake according to directions. Cool.
Frosting: Combine ingredients and spread on cake. Refrigerate.
