Mexican Coffee Liqueur Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Cream
2/3 c Maple syrup
1/2 c Kahlua or other coffee lique
1 ts Vanilla
1 ea Egg
2 c White unbleached flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 c Oats
1/2 c Nuts
1 1/2 c Mint carob chips

Cream together butter, cream, maple syrup, coffee liqueur and
vanilla. Stir in egg. Add flour in three additions, making sure each
addition is thoroughly mixed. Add baking soda and oats.
